Custom Order Policy
Because our leather patch hats and merchandise are custom-made and personalized to order, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Your privacy matters to us. Just Bee You only collects necessary personal information (such as your name, shipping address, and email) to process and fulfill your orders. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required to securely process payments and ship your packages.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Shipping & Turnaround Times
• Production Time: Our standard processing time for custom laser-engraved and apparel orders is typically 5–7 business days before shipping, as each item is crafted by hand.
• Shipping: We ship via standard carriers. Once your order leaves our workshop in Greer, South Carolina, a tracking number will be provided via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
